POSITION:
Sewing Machine Operator DescriptionThis is a production sewing position.
Consistency, quality, attention to detail and high efficiency are required.
TYR is proud to have a diverse workforce, including 7 different languages on our manufacturing floor!! Duties & Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:
Works well independently.
Comfortable using different sewing machines (as necessary according to the need of the product) in order to sew fabrics together.
Cut away excess threads after sewing with the trimmer on the sewing machine.
Prepare set up and clean the sewing machine as required in order to uphold Company regulations and quality standards.
Present and maintain a professional behavior.
Maintain clean and safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions.
Uphold Company regulations and quality standards while performing the tasks.
PM21 POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Good time management skills to meet/complete daily tasks and time-lines.
Willingness to be a team player, dedicated to quality work and maintaining an excellent attendance record Results oriented.
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes or restructure of priorities.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
